Role-play: Predict a future

Pretend you are a palmist: look at your partner’s palm and predict some future events in her/his life. 

कल्पना कीजिए कि आप एक हस्तरेखाविद् हैं: अपने साथी की हथेली को देखें और उसके जीवन में भविष्य की कुछ घटनाओं की भविष्यवाणी करें।

Example: 

You: Please tell me about my future. (show your palms)

Palmist: You have a very good future. You will get a job next year and I will be your boss. 

You: But I am still studying. Tell me about my life. 

Palmist: It’s possible that you will get married in the next five years. You may get married to your special friend’s sister/brother. You will live in New York. 

You: What!! I will be sad. If I get married to my special friend’s sister/brother. But I don’t like living in New York. I would prefer California. 

Palmist: It’s possible you will have a red car and a 5 bedroom home. 

You: That’s really good. I would like to have a home. 

Palmist: Now give me money(Dakshina) 

You: Didn’t you know (predict) I don’t have any? 

उदाहरण:

आप: मुझे मेरे भविष्य के बारे में बताएँ।

हस्तरेखाविद्: आपका भविष्य बहुत अच्छा है। आपको अगले साल नौकरी मिलेगी और मैं आपका बॉस बनूँगा।

आप: लेकिन मैं अभी भी पढ़ रहा हूँ । मुझे मेरे जीवन के बारे में बताओ।

हस्तरेखाविद्: हो सकता है कि अगले पाँच साल में आपकी शादी हो जाए। आपकी शादी अपने खास दोस्त की बहन/भाई से हो सकती है। आप न्यूयॉर्क में रहेंगे।

आप: क्या!! मुझे दुख होगा, अगर मैं अपने खास दोस्त की बहन/भाई से शादी करता हूँ। लेकिन मुझे न्यूयॉर्क में रहना पसंद नहीं है। मुझे कैलिफोर्निया पसंद है। 

हस्तरेखाविद्: हो सकता है कि आपके पास लाल रंग की कार और 5 बेडरूम का घर हो।

आप: यह तो बहुत अच्छा है। मुझे एक बड़ा घर चाहिए।

हस्तरेखाविद्: अब मुझे पैसे दो (दक्षिणा)

आप: क्या आप नहीं जानते, मेरे पास पैसे नहीं हैं?
