Role-Play: Should Dalit Literature Be Included in School Curriculum? (Advanced)
विषय: क्या विद्यालयों में दलित साहित्य पढ़ाया जाना चाहिए?
स्थिति: Situation
एक विद्यालय के प्राचार्य (Principal) शिक्षा मंत्री (education minister) से मिलते हैं और अनुरोध करते हैं कि विद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम में दलित साहित्य को शामिल किया जाए। शिक्षा मंत्री इस प्रस्ताव के बारे में प्रश्न पूछते हैं और इसके लाभ तथा चुनौतियों को समझना चाहते हैं.
The principal of a school meets with the Minister of Education to request that Dalit literature be included in the school curriculum. The minister wants to understand why it is important, what students will learn, and how it should be taught.
भूमिकाएँ Roles
विद्यार्थी A: विद्यालय के प्राचार्य
विद्यार्थी B: शिक्षा मंत्री
उद्देश्य
प्राचार्य को यह समझाना है कि दलित साहित्य विद्यालयों में क्यों पढ़ाया जाना चाहिए।
शिक्षा मंत्री को प्रश्न पूछने हैं, चिंताएँ व्यक्त करनी हैं और अंत में निर्णय लेना है।
निर्देश
प्राचार्य:
• दलित साहित्य का परिचय दें। • बताइए कि यह छात्रों के लिए क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है। • बताइए कि कौन–कौन से लेखक, कविताएँ और कहानियाँ पढ़ाई जा सकती हैं। • समझाइए कि इससे छात्रों को क्या सीखने को मिलेगा। • मंत्री के प्रश्नों का उत्तर दें।
शिक्षा मंत्री:
• कम से कम 8 प्रश्न पूछिए। • दलित साहित्य के उद्देश्यों को समझने का प्रयास कीजिए। • पाठ्यक्रम, छात्रों और समाज पर इसके प्रभाव के बारे में पूछिए। • अंत में अपना निर्णय बताइए।
शिक्षा मंत्री:
• दलित साहित्य क्या है? What is Dalit literature?
• इसे विद्यालयों में पढ़ाना क्यों आवश्यक है? Why is it necessary to teach it in schools?
• छात्रों को इससे क्या लाभ होगा? How will students benefit from it?

Follow-up Task
After the role-play, work together to create a one-unit syllabus on Dalit Literature. Choose three poems or stories, explain why they should be included, and describe what students would learn from each text. This should be presented in Hindi.
